Coaching Disclaimer

I am not a licensed attorney or therapist. My role is to support you as your strategic partner, confidant, and guide through the complexities of high-conflict divorce. Together, we will develop personalized strategies to help you navigate the emotional and legal challenges you face.

Confidentiality & Safety

Your safety and confidentiality are my top priorities. It is important that you use a secure device and a private location for our sessions. Please avoid using phones, computers, or making calls from unsecured or public places to protect your personal information. If you have any additional safety or confidentiality concerns, please bring them to my attention, and we will work together to address them.

Session Rescheduling & Cancellations

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling. If you miss a session or are unavailable 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session will be forfeited, and you will be charged in full for the missed appointment.

Fees & Payment

Pricing for all services are available on the services and booking menu. Please note that all sessions must be prepaid and are non-refundable.

Termination of Services

Coaching services may be terminated by either party at any time and for any reason. Upon receipt of a cancellation email, the coaching relationship will be ended immediately.

Use of Information: We use your phone number to send SMS messages regarding your inquiry and customer care related topics
Mobile phone information or opt-in data collected will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Message Disclosures: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

During our Appointment

You can easily book your session directly online through our booking system. Pricing and availability are listed on the booking service menu.

New Clients: Once you book your session, you will be sent an intake form. This form is essential for us to get started and must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures that I can prepare for our session and tailor it to your specific needs.

Existing Clients: If you are a repeat client, you will receive an update form prior to your session. Like the intake form, this must also be completed 24 hours before your appointment so we can make the most of our time together.

Our session will focus on providing you with the support, validation, and strategic guidance you need. Together, we will work through challenges and help you develop a plan for moving forward. You’ll have a safe space to share and receive the tools needed to navigate your high-conflict situation.

Sometimes, you just need a little extra help between appointments. With our Add-On Chat Feature, you can access me for quick, on-the-go support whenever you need it. Whether it's a question, a concern, or just needing some guidance during a tough moment, I’ll be there to provide you with the clarity and reassurance you deserve. Stay on track and feel supported every step of the way—without waiting for your next session!

Your phone number will be used exclusively to send messages you have opted in to receive based on your consent. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
